Balance your food and your life: bring more nature and vitality in it!

Do you want to join our 3 day-retreat from October 25th to 28th 2019 in Hungary?
There will be around 15 to 20 participants.

First, you will have to take action !

If you know how to cook healthy, how to practice yoga, do-in, meditation or qi gong, or how to dance, please come and share your experience with us !
We will adapt the schedule depending on people who register and want to share something with other people.

Friday October 25th:
5.00 to 7.00: Arrival
7.00 to 8.30: Welcoming dinner
8.30 to 9.30: Storage and cleaning time
9.30 to 10.00: Relaxing yoga

Saturday October 26th and Sunday October 27th:
7.45 to 8.45: Soft yoga
8.45 to 9.45: Breakfast
9.45 to 10.15: Round table and free hugs
10.30 to 12.00: Cooking class
12.15 to 2.00: Lunch
2.00 to 2.30: Storage and cleaning time
2.30 to 3.30: Relaxing workshop
3.30 to 4.00: Do-in
4.00 to 5.00: Yoga
5.30 to 7.00: Cooking class
7.00 to 8.00: Dinner
8.00 to 9.00: Storage and cleaning time
9.00 to 9.30: Dancing class
After 9.30: Party

Monday October 28th:
7.45 to 8.45: Soft yoga
9.00 to 9.30: Free hugs time
9.30 to 11.00: Brunch
11.00 to 12.00: Storage and cleaning time

The main goal is to share time and experience together !

There will be only one workshop at a time, so that we can enjoy everything together 🙂
But if you want to take a rest, you can stay alone for a while, and come back to the group later !

Come and take care of yourself by improving energy flows in your body, with natural surroundings and workshops.
You will experience a lifestyle inspired by macrobiotics. Extreme-oriental philosophy is based on the idea that everything is living energy in motion: this energy is analyzed by Far Eastern vision with the concept of yin and yang.
Macrobiotics is the art of balancing these two forces, especially in the diet, taking into account your constitution, your condition and the climate in which you live.
The goal is to strengthen the body and make energy flow better.

Macrobiotics highlights food, because food builds you, and it is difficult to feel good without a healthy and adequate diet. But macrobiotics is not just a way to eat healthy, it is a way of life in harmony with nature and the environment, which includes:
– a healthy diet,
– regular physical exercises, to stimulate blood circulation, muscles and oxygenation of your cells : your vital energy,
meditation practice, which helps you to focus and go back to yourself,
do-in practice: you will massage yourself to stimulate specific points and meridians,
– and a particular state of mind: you have to learn more about macrobiotic values ​​and life philosophy.

Food will be inspired by macrobiotics

You will eat a balanced plate, with whole organic natural not-processed food, and local and seasonal vegetables and fruits.
Our dishes will highlight whole grain cereals, vegetables, beans, fermented products and seaweed, and are all dairy and sugar free.

Come with us in a peaceful place in Hungary

If you arrive in Budapest on October 25th, we will organize car sharing from Budapest to the place. It is about 2 to 3 hours from Budapest by car, bus or train.
If you want to avoid plane and train, you can also come by bus !
You can also come easily by car from Zagreb, Croatia.
It is located in Szigliget, Hungary, in a big house run by Hungarian people. More information here.

Price for workshops + meals 3 times a day:
For 3 days: 90€ (75€ for early birds)
For 2 days: 80€ (65€ for early birds)
For 1 day: 50€ (40€ for early birds)

+ accommodation available in dormitory for 20€ to 35€ per night:
20€ per night for a 6-beds room
25€ per night for a 4-beds room
30€ per night for a 3-beds room
35€ per night for a 2-beds room
+ Camping possible

This 3-day retreat is organized by an association called « Association Le Goût du Sain’ple ». This association has just been set up.  Please find its statutes here !
If you become member of the association, we will send you the report of income and expenses for the event.
